Payment Options

West Jackson County Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option below that best suits your needs. Accounts in SHUT OFF status must be paid in full to restore services. CUSTOMERS NEEDING SERVICE RECONNECTION SHOULD CALL US AT 228-872-3898 TO REPORT ANY PAYMENT MADE BY PHONE OR ONLINE.

Pay Your Bill Online

Click the green "pay your bill now" button on this page to pay your bill electronically using our secure online payment portal. It's the fastest and most convenient way to pay your bill. A convenience fee of $2.75 or 2.25% of total payment amount, whichever is greater, will be charged for credit/debit card payments. E-check processing is $2.00 for each electronic check processed. 

Pay Your Bill by Phone

Payments may be made using a credit/debit card by phoning 1-855-985-1088 twenty-four hours a day. A convenience fee of $2.75 or 2.25% of total payment amount,whichever is greater, will be charged. You will need your account number and should listen to all of the prompts to ensure your payment is processed before ending the telephone call. Customers needing their account number may call us during normal business hours.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your remittance stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Payments should be mailed to PO Box 1230, Ocean Springs, MS 39566. 

Payment Through Your Bank's BillPay

Please be aware that billpay payments made through your bank are not received electronically and will be mailed to us. Make sure you allow sufficient time for your payment to be received by us when determining your payment date. Additionally, customers should make sure all billpay payments are mailed to PO Box 1230, Ocean Springs, MS 39566. Reference information should include the proper WJCUD account number to credit since we will not have your remittance stub.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this free service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, please call our business office at 1-228-872-3898. 

Express Pay Drop Box (NO CASH)- for customers who choose to drop off their payment at our office at 7200 McCann Road.  Please be sure to include your bill stub and write your account number on the check or money order. Drop Box is located in the drive-through.
