Our Mission

At West Jackson County Utility District, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to the unincorporated section of western Jackson County, Mississippi, known as St. Martin and Latimer while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.

Our customer service department is open from 7:30am until 4:30pm to assist you with any needs you may have. New service applications will not be processed after 4:20pm. 

Our maintenance department is available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Phone us at 228-872-3898 and our 24 hour answering service will contact our oncall technician.

Looking for the most convenient way to pay your bill? We offer a wide variety of payment options to our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Paperless billing is available. Please give us a call at 228-872-3898 to request email notices when a new billing statement is available. Additionally, customers may register for online access at www.wjcud.com (view or pay your bill) and view both current and previous billing statements.

Autumn is heralded by the exhilaration of falling temperatures and the dazzling hues of falling leaves. The air is cool and the colors are warm. October glories in the grandeur of oranges, yellows, and reds.  Nature puts on a theatrical extravaganza, and we have the privilege of watching the show every single day. This is an incredible time to grab a sweater and enjoy the majesty of the outdoors. Visit a pumpkin patch or an apple orchard and revel in the bounty of the season. Take a hike and bask in the beauty of the changing colors. Or simply go outside and savor the splendor that’s right there in your front yard. Find a nice seat and enjoy the fresh, invigorating breeze, or get busy working on your garden and your lawn.
